Presentation Guideline

All abstracts accepted for the Conference will be presented in invited oral, contributed oral, or poster sessions. All presentations must be in English. Any author attending the Conference must be a registered participant.

* If you would like to withdraw submitted abstract, please let us know abstract number and title through email no later than September 25(Fri.)

Oral Presentation

1) Presenting Time
- All abstracts accepted for the Conference will be presented in invited oral, contributed oral, or poster sessions. All presentations must be in English. Any author attending the Conference must be a registered participant.
- Due time is strongly encouraged and overruns will not be allowed.
- Presentation material must be well designed, simple, and readable by everyone in the audience.

2) Presentation File
- Presenters should prepare the presentation file in MS-PowerPoint in English.
- If you use fonts other than standard Windows Office 2010 fonts, please bring the font files themselves with the presentation file.
- Please bring your PowerPoint presentation file on a CD or USB memory stick and submit it to the operator of each presentation room at least 10 minutes before each session starts. The operator will load the presentation files to the laptop PC.
- Each presenter is also asked to submit his/her own short autobiography to the session chair at least 10 minutes before each session starts. (Invited Speakers do not need to submit their autobiographies.)

Poster Presentation

  • 1) Each poster will be assigned a panel, which has its own paper’s number, at the conference.
  • 2) We do not specify the poster format, but each poster should include the paper title, authors, affiliation, and paper number and must fit within a 0.9m x 1.2m space.
  • 3) The poster text including the paper title should be printed and enlarged, so that it can be read from a distance of at least 2 meters.
  • 4) Poster presenters are required to prepare their own poster materials in advance and post their presentations 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the session.
  • 5) Please remove your poster within 1 hour after your session is ended. All remaining posters will be removed.
  • 6) The materials such as some scissors and tapes will be provided in Poster Session Place.
  • 7) Please note that ICAE2015 accepts NO responsibility for any material that may be left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
