※ Please note that the publication expense for each journal is not included in registration fee.
Requirement of Paper Presentation
- You should pay additional USD 200 for each extra presentation.
- At least one of the authors must make a registration by
September 15, 2015
→ September 30, 2015 in order for a paper to be included in the program of ICAE2015.
- If the paper is not presented at the conference, such paper will NOT be considered for the paper screening for the journal publication.

Bank Transfer
- A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
- A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the conference registration form.
- Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.
- Please note that fee has to be transferred under the registrant’s name and name must be stated on the receipt.

- An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. You may also download the receipt at “My Page” after logging into the online registration system.
※ Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the secretariat.
Cancellation
Cancellations or changes of registration should be sent in writing to the Secretariat. Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy. All approval refunds will be issued after the conference.
- Cancellation by August 31, 2015: 50% of the paid amount
- Cancellation after August 31, 2015: No Refund
